Students at Green Mountain College (GMC) had a mission – develop an shed for urban farmers that would fit the needs of the gardeners of the future. The OVaL Shed — otherwise known as the Occupy Vacant Lots — is their butterfly-roofed, water collecting, seedling nurturing, recycled materials constructed, customizable urban farming shed.
